Sunday with The Scribes - #42


Reminder: Progress is a long-game.

Q1 2021 is almost over, so it's a good time to check in with yourself on the things you are working towards. A couple of quick tips on this:

  • If you are trying to build a new habit, create a habit tracker. This will allow for you to see the progress you have made.
  • If you are trying to wake up early, create a sleep tracker. This way you can track the days that have led to bad sleep and understand what else happened that day to impact it.
  • If you are on a fitness journey, take pictures. With pictures, you can see your progress without obsessing over the scale.
No matter what your goals are - keep at them!


Over the past four weeks, the format of Sunday with The Scribes has looked a little different. Over this period of time, we've interviewed some of our personal and professional role models, to learn about their Sundays, and what they do to get themselves prepared for the week.

We felt like this exercise was a nice changeup to our regular newsletter, but we want your feedback so we know for sure. Take this survey to give us some feedback on our weekly newsletter. A $10 store credit will be given to all respondents!
