Very soft , and comfortable to write in

I love this journal but truly what I LOVE is that during the week I get an email from The Scribes reminding me to journal and some thoughts to get me journaling!

I've been looking for a replacement for another brand of hardcover notebook that is being discontinued, and the Scribes hardcover will do nicely. I initially thought it had some kind of pre-printed date selector on the top (I think I was looking at a photo of another Scribe product), and so was just a tiny bit disappointed that it didn't have that feature, but there is a space to write the date, and I like the size of this notebook--just a bit smaller than the previous hardback I had been using, and therefore more convenient to travel with. Also, due to my own mix up when ordering, I discovered that the Scribes customer service is excellent, and their mission is also worthwhile. I'll be returning for more when I need them!
